Class Schedule

Workshop One:

• Classes are taught on Tuesdays –Upon sign up for the course you will need to tell us whether you want the afternoon class 1:00pm to 3:00pm EST or the evening class 7:30pm to 9:30pm EST.
• Lab class is Friday afternoon 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Workshop Two:

• Classes are taught on Thursdays –Upon sign up for the course you will need to tell us whether you want the afternoon class 1:00pm to 3:00pm EST or the evening class 7:30pm to 9:30pm EST.
• Lab class is Wednesday afternoon 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

European students:

• Classes are taught Friday mornings. Please contact us regarding the schedule.

Question Periods:

• You may contact us with your trading questions on Yahoo (ID: naztrader25) Tuesday to Thursday mornings from 9:00am to Noon EST and Wednesday evening 7:00pm to 8:00pm EST

Holidays

• December –last two weeks and New Years day
• March –2 weeks to coincide with children’s March Break throughout North America. Exact dates will be announced at the time.
• August –from the first Monday in August until the day following September Labour day.

Locating the Classroom

You will be sent an email before each class with a link to the classroom. Click on the link or paste the link into your internet browser. The “Go To Meeting” software will download automatically, follow any prompts and sign in with your name. The classroom will automatically open for you, please give it a moment to fully load when you first see the classroom. If you have any difficulties send a yahoo to naztrader25 or call us at 613-273-4570.

Class Materials

For class you will want your workshop course outline as well as materials for taking notes. Charts will be shown in the classroom but you will also want to bring your own charts that you have questions about.

Attendance

Plan to attend all classes to get the most out of this course. You must be able to make the commitment or you will be wasting your time and money. When you sign up you may be given a private class for “Lesson One” depending on where in the course the Regular class is. We will inform you if this is necessary and arrange a suitable time for it.

Missed Classes

If you do miss a class please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to get you into a make-up class. Make-up classes will have to be scheduled around our time restraints and as time permits. We will do our very best to fit you in.

Do I need to take both Workshops?

It depends. We have students who successfully trade having only taken the first Workshop. These students are generally part time traders. For those that wish to pursue trading full time we recommend both workshops. We would be happy to discuss this question further with you, just ask us.

Computer System Requirements

• High Speed Internet connection; DSL, cable, T-1, etc
• Windows XP recommended
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
• Yahoo ID
• Sound card with speakers. Microphone is recommended.

Trading Account Software Platforms

We strongly recommend these three trading platforms. We will discuss their benefits and features in class but please do not hesitate to contact us if you are contemplating a change to one of these or with any questions.
