The Service is offered conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained.

OnCourse Trading shall not be liable to any customer or third person for the accuracy of the information, any market quotations, or recommendations to buy, sell, short or otherwise relating to securities/commodities/derivatives/futures through this service, nor for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions or omissions in the furnishing thereof, for any direct or consequential damages arising from or occasioned by said delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions or omissions, or for any discontinuance of the service. 2. The OnCourse Trading website can be accessed worldwide. However, it may be the case that the securities/commodities/derivatives/futures or financial instruments described are not legally permitted for all investor groups or speculators in all areas of jurisdiction or that access to such websites may be subject to legal restrictions. Users to whom such legal enjoinders apply are not allowed access to this website. Opening this website shall not render the user a customer of OnCourse Trading nor shall OnCourse Trading owe such users any duties or responsibilities as a result thereof. On the website, other companies may advertise their services through links or banners. OnCourse Trading does not accept any responsibility or liability for the services offered by any other website or company you may visit as a result of such links or banners. If you decide to act on any such information or offers, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Upon registering at sign up you will receive a user name and password. We reserve the right to eject you from any or ALL classes without refund or to cancel a subscription immediately for the following, including but not exclusively, all profanity, insults, sexual, racial, religious or political, vulgar or obscene, threatening or hateful, harassment or otherwise objectionable or offensive language, behavior or discussion; also for violation of any law or regulation or the rights of others or the causing of duress, distress of interference. You may not, nor allow others to, disrupt, interfere with, or alter the Service or act in anyway that reflects negatively on the Service or solicit our members or trial subscribers with advertising or promotions or attempt to collect information on our members or trial subscribers.
6. We may, at any time, change our fees and billing methods for any of our services.
7. If you are not satisfied with our service it is your right to terminate your subscription which will take effect immediately and without refund whatsoever. We can terminate this Agreement, restrict or terminate your access to and use of the Service immediately and without notice or liability if you breach this Agreement in any way and it will not limit any other rights available to us. You acknowledge and agree that we may deny you access to the Service without prior notice if you engage in any conduct that in our sole discretion we believe violates these Terms and Agreement.
8. We have no obligation to monitor the Service. We reserve the right to refuse to post and to remove any posts, information or materials in whole, or in part, which we deem and at our sole discretion, unacceptable, inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement. We will not intentionally monitor or disclose private electronic mail messages unless required by law. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Futures and commodities trading and investment in derivatives can be very speculative and may result in losses as well as profits. Futures and commodities and derivatives trading are not suitable for many members of the public and only risk capital should be applied.
